Eligibility
You're eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is within 7 days of the original purchase
- This is your first refund request for Aura
- You haven't violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@auraoptimization.com
- Include your account email and order ID
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app or by contacting support. After cancellation:
- You'll retain access until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free tier
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases are also covered by our 7-day guarantee. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
